Privacy policy
This page describes what the amefis.be site does with its visitors’ data. It does not cover the Amefis platform itself.

Demo request form
The information entered in the form (institution, department, role, country, work email) is used only to organise the requested demo. It is kept for the duration of the commercial exchange and at most twelve months after the last contact, then deleted.
This processing rests on the pre-contractual steps you take by requesting a demo (article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
The request is emailed to the Amefis contact address from a server located in the European Union. It is stored neither in a database nor in that server’s logs.
Server logs
The server hosting amefis.be keeps no access log: no IP address is recorded when the site is visited. Only server errors are logged; those logs may contain the IP address behind a failed request and are kept for at most fourteen days.
Audience measurement
The site may use audience measurement without cookies or persistent identifiers (PostHog, hosted in the European Union). Nothing is stored on your device, no session is recorded and no data is sold. The measured events are the viewing of a page, and the start and submission of the demo form.
This processing rests on Amefis’s legitimate interest in knowing how its site is used (article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Cookies
The site sets no cookies, and therefore shows no consent banner. Details on the Cookies page.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of the data concerning you, ask for its processing to be restricted, or object to it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
